Description
gave everyone permission to color her drawings as long as a link to the original was provided. I needed a break from a different drawing I'm doing (It's taking a LONG time) so I thought I'd give it a shot.
I really like canti's style. The characters have great expressions and slightly chubby cheeks (look at Harley's face for example). It's a unique style. I suggest you check out her gallery.
When choosing what to color, I went with my fave pairing in all of Reaper High: Harley and Clopin. It's a very cute and humerous pairing. I searched her gallery for a drawing of the two, and came across this one. What I like most about it is that it captures the whole love triangle. Clopin flirting, Harley annoyed, and the Joker looking a bit upset.
The problem with the drawing though was that it was a bit too sketchy, so I did a bit of cleaning up. I couldn't see Harley's left arm that much (It's very sketchy and hard to make out) so I just put it behind her. I couldn't even tell what Clopin was holding behind his back, so I didn't clean up and color whatever it was. After cleaning the drawing up, I later decided that it would be cool to keep some of it's sketchiness, so I fiddled with the opacity to keep some of the sketchiness.
